This page is a working draft. It is not final and not legal advice. A person who knows this area must read and approve it before KetchupCrew goes live. The Google Calendar section is written to be correct as-is; everything else needs review.

Privacy Policy
This is the plain-language version of what KetchupCrew collects, what we do with it, and what we never do. It is a draft. A human who knows privacy law will review it before launch (see the note above).
1. What we collect
Your name, your email, your face (the avatar or photo you pick), the stuff you put in your decks (your answers, your photos, and any links you add), and which crews you are in. That is it. We do not collect anything you do not hand us to run a catch-up.
When your crew's ketchup master sends the invite, we email it to everyone in the crew, at the address they signed up with. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Use it and the crew invites stop.
2. Google Calendar
If you're the person who set up a crew, you can connect your Google Calendar so the crew's sessions land in everyone's inbox. Here is exactly what that lets us do, and nothing else:
- We create one recurring event for your crew, in your calendar.
- We update that event when the Ketchup Master moves the date.
- We add and remove your crew members as guests on that event.
- We delete that event if you leave the crew.
Here is what we never do:
- We never read anything else in your calendar. Not your other events, not your other calendars, not once.
- We never sell, rent, or share your Google data with anyone.
- We never use your Google data to train a model.
- We never let another human look at it, unless the law makes us.
You can pull the plug any time from your Google account settings. If you do, your crew's invites stop, and someone else in the crew can pick the calendar up.
KetchupCrew's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. What we never do
We never sell your data. We never show you ads or hand you to an ad network. We never post anything as you. We never share your decks, photos, or answers outside the crew you put them in. We never use your content to train a model.
4. How to switch it off
You are in control. Disconnect Google Calendar from your Google account settings at any time. Leave a crew to drop out of its sessions and its calendar invites. Ask us to delete your account and we remove your profile, your decks, and your memberships. (Draft: the exact in-app controls and the deletion request path are confirmed as those surfaces ship.)
5. Where it lives and how long we keep it
Your data is stored with our hosting provider (Supabase, on their managed Postgres and file storage). We keep it while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your content. (Draft: the storage region and exact retention windows are confirmed before launch.)
6. Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell your browsing to anyone. (Draft: if any product analytics is added before launch, it is named here first.)
7. Age
KetchupCrew is for people 13 and older. If you are under 13, please do not sign up.
8. Contact
Questions, or want your data removed? Email us at privacy@ketchupcrew.com. (Draft: confirm this is a real, monitored address before launch.)
