Terms of Use
The plain-language terms for using KetchupCrew. This is a draft and not legal advice. A human will review it before launch (see the note above).
1. The short version
KetchupCrew helps a crew of friends run a recurring catch-up: everyone builds a short update, one person hosts a live show, the crew votes on awards, and the role passes on. Use it to stay close. Do not use it to be a jerk to people. That is basically the whole deal.
2. Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your login to yourself. Sign up with real, current details. You must be 13 or older to use KetchupCrew.
3. Your content
Your decks, photos, and answers are yours. You give us permission to store and show them to your crew so the product works. You are responsible for having the right to share whatever you upload, and for keeping it something your crew would actually want to see.
4. Playing nice
Do not upload anything illegal, hateful, or that is not yours to share. Do not try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, and do not use it to harass anyone. We can suspend accounts that do.
5. Calendar invites
If someone in your crew connects a Google Calendar, we use it only to send that crew's invites, exactly as described in the Privacy Policy. Connecting a calendar is optional and always reversible.
6. No promises we cannot keep
KetchupCrew is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will never be down or never lose a beat. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using it. (Draft: the exact liability and warranty language is confirmed by review.)
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows. If we make a meaningful change, we will say so. Using KetchupCrew after a change means you are OK with the new version.
